Position

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to support the Head of Information Security to ensure the continued integrity of information security controls and certification of our services to customers. This role is also key to ensuring that we present the security of our services in an effective way to potential and existing service customers by providing accurate and prompt responses to questions arising through tenders, routine assessments and ad hoc service requests. The role holder is also key to supporting continued improvement of controls through project and other initiatives.

Job Description

  • Perform control assessments and support preparation for ISO 27001/ISAE3402 external and internal audits.
  • Plan internal and external audits, facilitate meetings and conduct audit assessment when required.
  • To initiate the remediation action plan identified to address any findings/ non conformances from internal and external audits. Engage with remediation owners and ensure the progress/ remediation actions are being addressed within the agreed timelines.
  • Manage the responses to and completion of customer questionnaires on security and compliance.
  • Help ensure acquisition and vendor security assessments are completed as part of the new vendor onboarding process.
  • Coordinate the annual Corporate Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and related activities for all offices.
  • Assist Head of Information Security in any security related issues/matters on daily basis.


Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • IT Security Auditing and Review.
  • Coordinating resources within the entire organization for external ISO27001 and ISAE 3402 audit.
  • Manage the customer and vendor security questionnaires/assessment.
  • Promote security within Company and be an advocate for customer trust.
  • Maintain the Tungsten Network information security management system.

Education & Experience

  • MS in Computer Science or equivalent desired.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in information security audit management in IT environment preferably ISO27001/ISMS.
  • Experience and knowledge in information security, customers and third-party security questionnaires, process improvement, business continuity plan and report writing.
  • Experience in managing internal / external audit.

  • Strong skills in Microsoft applications especially in Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio. Excellent in Excel and Power Point.
  • Fast learner, hardworking and able to perform under pressure as it will be very hectic during the audit preparation period.

Position

Role Overview

The Linux Engineer role within Tungsten Network is responsible for supporting existing infrastructure and applications at Tungsten Network to ensure continued operation of the Tungsten Network service to meet and exceed agreed service levels. The Linux Engineer role supports a 24/7/365 operation for monitoring our production services and acts as third line support to business users and second line support for Application Support.

Candidates will be expected to learn Tungsten Networks applications and infrastructure and be able to perform troubleshooting and respond to managed service providers regarding alerts within our hosted environments.

The role is full time and reports to Technology Manager, Production Services and would suit an organized, practical and adaptable person with desire to grow and develop technical skills in a fast-growing global company.


Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Understand Tungsten Network applications and infrastructure and know how to utilize tools to investigate problems reported in each. Ability to use log aggregation tools such as Splunk or track errors through raw logs is key.
  • Understand Tungsten Network computing, storage, and network systems to respond to monitoring alerts from production systems and resolve or direct questions to development groups for assistance in resolving possible bugs.
  • Understand Amazon Web Services (Cloud Computing Services) and able to perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
  • Act as second line support for Application Support on problem investigations for document processing and file transfer software.
  • Act as third line of support for business users performing problem investigations for client facing support teams for document processing and file transfer software.
  • Act as the main person to maintain application that running in Unix/Linux environment. Perform housekeeping and develop custom script when required.
  • Able to prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
  • Able to spot repetitive issue and suggest permanent solution by fixing the root issue.
  • Identify problem areas with existing applications and create tool or custom script to streamline processes.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting on network problems; escalating problems to managed service provider if needed.
  • Participate in all training for any new release/product to production environments and ensure all documentation are available and able to provide support post training.
  • Participate in paid weekend on-call rotation for key services in client facing environments.

Education

  • Bachelors/A Level or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or similar

Experience

  • 2-3 years administrating Windows and Linux Production Environments
  • Minimum 2-3 years exposure on the Perl /Phyton/Bash scripting
  • Minimum 2-3 years commercial experience as Level 2 support with background PL/SQL
  • Minimum 2-3 years hands on experience in installing and configuring Splunk

Position

Role Overview

The Renewal Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate renewal of all Single Integrated Suppliers (IS) using the Tungsten Network. In addition, there may be further non IS clients, including customers utilizing Purchased Order Delivery Services or Mexican Payment services requiring renewal support and processing.

The Renewal Specialist will become the subject matter expert on all things relating to IS renewals, also supporting broader business initiatives including the Order to Cash billings project, the Subscription Pricing project and data cleansing initiatives.

The Renewal Specialist will manage the outbound renewal communications to IS clients and monitor, resolve or escalate any inbound customer enquiries relating to their renewal.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Preparation of the monthly supplier renewals data file, pulling data from report manager and applying the necessary filters to prepare the in scope billings for the month.
  • Work with colleagues in Finance, Customer Support and Data Integrity to review scheduled billings and amend any tariff mis-matches in Obi, so by the date the customer is due to be billed, the Obi billing instructions are aligned to the correct customer tariff.
  • Send communications to all upcoming monthly renewals, managing the content of applicable email templates.
  • Where data anomalies are found, work with Customer Service or Data Integrity to correct any inaccuracies, to prevent them being “carried forwards”
  • Participate in cross functional working groups as required to support wider business initiatives relating to the supplier renewals process or supplier data
  • Assisting in any retention & ad hoc project assigned by the Manager

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience of working with excel and data, ideally within a technology driven business.
