Delay to e-invoicing mandate
The French e-invoicing mandate has been delayed, in line with the following:
- General obligation to receive e-invoices: July 2024
- Obligation for large enterprises to send e-invoices: July 2024
- Obligation to send e-invoices for mid-sized suppliers: January 2025
- SME obligation: January 2026
